This Privacy Policy explains how Wyzefy handles personal data on the Platform, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).
1. Roles in data processing
For Merchants' data (dashboard accounts), Wyzefy is the data controller. For the data of stores' customers, the Merchant is the controller and Wyzefy acts as a processor, handling that data only to provide the online-store service.
2. Data we handle
- Merchants: name, email, password (stored only as a hash), access logs (IP, browser, date and time) and account settings.
- Store customers: name, email, phone and ID document when required by the store, items purchased, amounts, payment and delivery status, support messages and reviews.
- Technical data: essential session and cart cookies, and security logs.
3. Purposes
- Provide the service: create and maintain stores, process orders, confirm payments and deliver products.
- Security: prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
- Communication: send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery, password recovery).
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: payment providers chosen by the Merchant, hosting and database, content delivery and protection (Cloudflare) and email delivery. Optional integrations (for example Discord, Meta, Google or WhatsApp) only receive data when the Merchant enables them.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), AES-256 encryption for payment and integration credentials, passwords protected with scrypt, two-factor authentication, per-member permission controls and audit logs.
6. Retention
Data is kept while the account or store is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce rights.
7. Your rights
Data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of their data, as well as information about sharing. Store customers should send requests directly to the Merchant; Wyzefy supports the Merchant in responding.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, cart and security. Measurement and advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) are configured by each Merchant in their own store.
